Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!

Hey, I’m Anika.

I’m gifted, and I created this course together with my mom, who became a therapist for gifted people after helping me through a difficult time in high school. We made it because there just isn’t enough practical help for people like us. Let me show you what’s inside…

…in short, here’s what this course is about:
  • Section 1: Understand how your brain works and what that means for how you think, feel, and experience the world.
  • Section 2: Learn how to work with your giftedness so you can build a life that feels balanced, connected, and energizing.
  • Section 3: Hear what gifted adults wish they had known earlier, and how their lessons can help you shape your own path.

Feel free to explore the sections in any order. The course is here to help you, and not everything will be equally relevant to everyone. Each section starts with an introduction and key questions it will answer for you, so you can easily choose what matters most right now. And if you ever feel tired of the content, take a break with Section 3, the interviews have been a favorite for almost everyone. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: doing this alone?

Chances are, you’re used to doing things on your own—especially when you care about them.
But… try not to do this training alone.
Pick someone you trust. A friend, a parent, maybe your therapist.
Talk about what you learn. You’ll get way more out of it.

This is not a book to just read
It’s a learning journey.
One lesson a day. Not all at once.
You don’t learn to drive in one day either.
You’ll get what “learning by experience” means as you go. Promise.

No labels here
You might recognize a lot in this training. Maybe even everything.
That doesn’t mean you are gifted—only a proper test can tell you that.
But you don’t need a label to start.
This is for anyone who feels gifted and wants to figure out how to deal with it in daily life.
It’s not about putting you in a box.
It’s about helping you understand yourself.

If this brings up too much
Sometimes, learning about yourself can feel overwhelming.
If this training brings up too much stress or emotion, reach out to a specialist nearby.
This is a training—not therapy. You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
